Please email us ahead of time if you are needing to return an item. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item. Restocking fee of 10% will come off the refunded item price. Initial shipping cost is not refunded. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer to pay. Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected and found to be in the condition as what it was when shipped out. Plants, live cultures and clearance items are final sale no returning. If you would like DoA guarantee for your plants please see notes in plant descriptions. No priority mail shipping no refund, no exceptions. Priority mail shipping quote is required. If priority shipping isn’t done for plants no refunds, this is strictly followed. If you would like DoA guarantee for your live cultures please add the DOA guarantee product to your order per live culture being purchased.

Clothing items are print on demand, therefore ALL clothing items are final sale. Please check sizing charts before purchasing.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Plant Policy

In the unlikely event that a plant arrives to you DOA, please send us a photo of the plant within 1 hours of receiving it in the mail still in its original packaging. We will forward the photo to our supplier and inquire about a refund. Please note this ONLY APPLIES when you email and request a quote for priority mail shipping. 

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Live Culture Policy

When ordering a live starter culture if you would like DOA guarantee please purchase the "DOA Guarantee for Live Food Cultures" product at time of ordering cultures. This must be ordered for EACH culture you are buying. If you are buying 2 cultures add 2 to your order, ordering 3 cultures add 3 ect. In the unlikely event that your culture arrives to you dead you will need to send us a photo of the dead culture UNOPENED from the container or baggie within 2 hours of receiving it. During cold weather months we may not ship Live Cultures as it is a risk to the creatures health. If you would like to add a heat pack or cooling pack to your order that is your choice but does not give you a guarantee by itself. Please see description on DOA product for refund options in the unlikely event they don't make it.
