DOA shipping must be purchased if you would like a refund incase of extended postage times (plants are shipping from Ontario) and plants not making it. Please read the policy regarding the refund before purchase. No DOA shipping NO REFUND. This is a strict policy from our supplier (located in Ontario) and a strict policy I follow as well. We do have high success rates with plant shipments but you never know how the weather or postage system can affect the time they are packaged up. Sorry for any inconvenience, if you have questions please email before placing your order. 

Plants may contain snails, they are beneficial to your natural aquarium and provide a good indication of your tanks health. 

Minimum PLANT order size is $40 due to cost/fees. If your order is less then $40 you will be asked to add more to your order or have your order canceled and refunded to you. NO EXCEPTIONS. Sorry for any inconvenience.
