The Fluval Power filter is a good filter with excellent filtration. We recently had one of our generic HOBs break down and needed a new one for our house plants. We decided on the C4 variant that is good for 40 - 70 gallon aquariums. This filter features an adjustable flow, a maintenance reminder for when the sponge is clogged and an adjustable intake tube. It has 5 levels of filtration foam for larger debris, polyester for fine materials. Carbon, we dont personally use carbon in ours, bio screen and c-nodes for beneficial bacteria growth.
