DOA Guarantee for Live Food Cultures

Please add this product to your live food culture if you would like DOA guarantee. Photos must be received within 12 hours of tracking number saying that the package was received. Adding this will give you 2 options for your guarantee: 

Option 1: Product full refund and 50% shipping cost (unless other items were ordered eg soil). 

Option 2: Replacement culture INCLUDING shipping cost, DOA guarantee must be purchased again for the new culture if wanted. 

**Please note this guarantee is for Live Food Cultures ONLY not plants. During cold weather months we may hold shipment or refund order if there is high risk to the culture. You will be notified by email if this happens. Adding a heat pack does NOT automatically give you DOA guarantee without purchasing this.**
