DOA shipping must be purchased if you would like a refund incase of extended postage times and plants not making it. Please read the policy regarding the refund before purchase. No DOA shipping NO REFUND. This is a strict policy from our supplier (located in Ontario) and a strict policy I follow as well. We do have high success rates with plant shipments but you never know how the weather or postage system can affect the time they are packaged up.
